You approve every dollar before we write a line of code

Flat AI retainers make you pay for things you don't need. Our process ends with an itemized plan — every build, what it does, what it costs — approved by you before anything starts.

Three steps, no surprises

From first conversation to a system you own.

STEP 1 · FREE

The AI Assessment

A 30-minute conversation about where time and leads are leaking out of your business. No obligation — you leave with at least one actionable idea either way.

STEP 2 · THE DEEP DIVE

Itemized Plan

We come to your business, watch how your team actually works, and map your tools. Then you get a written plan: each proposed build, what it does, and what it costs. Line by line.

STEP 3 · THE BUILD

We build. You own it.

Fixed scope from the plan you approved — no surprise invoices. When it's done, it's yours: code, accounts, data. Optional care plan if you want us to keep it humming.

Why we price this way

Most AI agencies charge a flat monthly retainer — often $2,500 a month or more just to get started. That model is great for agencies and terrible for small businesses: a two-person law office and a twenty-person contractor end up paying for the same bundle, whether they need it or not.

We think the fix is old-fashioned: scope the work, itemize the price, let the customer decide. Your plan might have five line items; you might approve two of them. That's fine — the two you approve are the two that pay for themselves fastest, and the plan is yours to keep either way.

What the itemized plan looks like

A short written document, in plain English, with a table at the heart of it. Each row is one build: what it is ("AI receptionist answering after-hours calls and booking consults onto Clio"), what problem it solves, what it costs to build, and what it costs to run. Below that, our honest recommendation for what to do first — and what not to bother with yet.

After launch

Everything we build is yours — we hand over the code, the accounts, and the documentation. If you'd rather not think about any of it, an optional monthly care plan covers hosting, AI usage costs, monitoring, and small adjustments. No lock-in either way: care plans are month-to-month, and cancelling one never takes your system away.

Pricing questions, answered straight

Is the assessment really free?

Yes. Thirty minutes, no obligation, and you'll leave with at least one actionable idea whether or not you hire us.

What does a typical project cost?

Honestly: it ranges widely, because a single automation and a full AI phone system are very different projects. What we promise is that you'll see every line item and its price before anything is built — and we'll tell you plainly if something isn't worth your money.

What's a care plan?

An optional monthly plan after launch covering hosting, AI usage costs, monitoring, and small tweaks. Or run it yourself — everything we build is yours.

Why don't you publish package prices?

Because packages make small businesses pay for things they don't need. Scoping to your actual workflows means the quote fits the business — a two-person office shouldn't pay what a twenty-person firm pays.
